  • This slow and grounding sequence is designed to gently work and open the body, relax and calm the busy mind. It offers fundamental positions, more instructions and modifications.

  • This class is perfect for beginners, those with injuries & less mobility. There is a focus on deep stretches on the spine and legs, as well as various hips openers to soothe and release the pelvis from any tensions.

This Slow Flow into Yin is what you need when you want a complete practice but don’t have any energy to spare.
